Return & Refund Policy

At Elite Care Wellness, we strive for perfection. However, we understand that issues can arise during transit. Our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and focused on your wellness journey.

01 Eligibility for Returns

Due to the artisanal and perishable nature of our unrefined products, we only accept returns if:

  • The product was received in a damaged condition (broken seal/bottle).
  • The incorrect item was delivered to you.
  • The product has passed its expiry date at the time of delivery.
Note: Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety protocols.

02 How to Raise a Request

If you face any issue, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send an email to info@dbelite.in with your Order ID.
  • Attach a clear photograph of the damaged product and the outer packaging.
  • Our quality team in Raipur will review and respond within 24-48 hours.

03 Natural Variations

Our products are 100% unrefined. Like nature, they are not always identical.

  • Slight differences in color, sediment, or aroma are not defects but hallmarks of purity.
  • Return requests based on these natural characteristics will not be accepted.

04 Refund Timelines

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method:

  • UPI/Wallets: 2-3 Working Days.
  • Bank/Credit Cards: 5-7 Working Days.
  • Replacement orders are dispatched within 24 hours of approval.
